If you have a sales manager who is “hands off” – to them, it doesn’t matter how you perform – you aren’t asked to account for how many meetings you are setting or how you are doing on those meetings… then you may be in BIG TROUBLE!

Even the most driven people know that, left to their own devices, they will not perform at their best. So, they make sure that someone is watching. Their boss, their assistant, their spouse, the world – whoever!
If you don’t have people watching and judging and evaluating your performance, I invite you to get yourself into an accountability group or a coaching relationship.
You may think it is nice to be able to slide by or operate under the radar, but you will always know – deep inside – that you could be doing better. Find people who will hold you to account to do better.
And then, empower them!
You WILL rock it if you are willing to be watched!
